- Account Information: Email address, username, and password when you create an account
- Report Content: Text descriptions, photographs, and other media you submit as part of civic reports
- Location Data: Precise geolocation coordinates when you submit a report (with your permission)
- Communications: Messages you send to us or through the Services
Information Collected Automatically:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on the Services, and navigation patterns
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps

4. How We Share Your Information
With Government Entities: We share report content, including location data and photographs, with relevant government entities (municipalities, state agencies, public works departments) to facilitate resolution of reported issues. This is the primary purpose of the Services.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you with third parties for analytics, research, civic planning, and public interest purposes.
Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who assist in operating the Services (hosting, analytics, notifications), subject to confidentiality obligations.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Access and Correction: You may access and update your account information through the Services.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. Note that reports you have submitted may be retained in anonymized form for civic records.
Location Data: You may disable location services on your device, though this will limit certain features of the Services.
Communications: You may opt out of non-essential communications through your account settings or by following unsubscribe instructions.
Cookies: Most browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.
